PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our store attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we don't warrant that product descriptions and website content as absolutely accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from our store that you receive isn't describe as shown on store page, it can be returned in unused conditions, as described in our "Shipping & Returns' policy.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

AGE-RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

In general, you have to be 18 or older to buy age-restricted products (ex. CBD based products). In some cases, you have to be 21. For age-restricted products we have to verify your identity and the age by checking the customer's government-issued identification (driver ID). We also do not provide International shipping for this products.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

DISPUTE CLAUSE

Any dispute relating to any activity on the website, or the purchase of any products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in King County, Washington State, USA, unless you have in some way threatened or violated our website's intellectual property rights, whereby our website may seek an injunctive.
